The route

During the cycle tour we will follow the “Limes cycle route.” The route runs along the northern border of the ancient Roman Empire. The former Roman border stretched from the North Sea at Katwijk, along the Rhine and Danube river to the Black Sea. Danny will cycle a total of 2500 km on this route from Ghimbav, Romania to Heerde, The Netherlands! A distance of about 100-130 km will be covered daily. We will follow the red route.

Departure date from Ghimbav: June 15th!

Expected arrival date in Heerde: July 10, 2021!
